Larger Than Life Itself

"Engineer Chris was a larger than life individual, always ready with a hearty laugh. The one memory that sticks to me is how he would make light the fact that he would walk from American Wing to the halls of residence to 'twanga' an ugali for lunch before resuming classes in the afternoon. We've lost a bright star and I can only imagine the pain his family is going through. Rest well and hope to see you on the other side!"

A confident man

"Nyarotso was a confident man and always spoke with a lot of confidence. When he told you to do something - he was so sure of what he was saying - any doubt you had was put aside - and you had to consider what was suggested :) I remember at one time we were in Kigali/Rwanda - and he said that he wants to talk to me, as I was about to quit my job. The advice he gave me on that day had a lasting impact in my life from hence, and I was able to quit my job with a plan in place and the Nyarotso inflicted confidence :) Fast forward many years later - we had just been bereaved. I remember Nyarotso called me and after the usual preliminary conversation that goes with the occasion - he once again gave me a valuable advice that I apply till today. Many condolences to the family and friends of Nyarotso. May God stand strongly with you and give you peace and strength in this time of difficulty. May God rest Christopher’s soul in eternal peace 🙏"

Forever.....Boss yangu

"“Boss yangu,” as I always called you… this has shattered me. I came to know you, and in that moment, I just knew you were going to be part of our lives forever.I can still hear your voice echoing“Listen… Kasiti, listen! Ukiongea na dada yako, mwambie arudi leo, otherwise itakua ngumu… Mimi ni Muwanga.” You had a way of making even the heaviest, most serious matters feel light and manageable. You were always present....for me, for my sister, for so many others. Any time I called, you had a solution. Any time I was breaking down, especially when I struggled with leaving my kids behind to go to work, you stepped in with comfort and reassurance: “Giovanni will be fine.” You carried our burdens as if they were your own.Even with my sister's tough head, you loved her fully, despite your own “Wanga ego.” That love was real, it was deep, it was selfless.Aaaiiisssh.... Boss yangu…never did I imagine that my words, my writing, would one day be used to pen a tribute for your passing. I thought you’d always be here. But now I know truly...the best don’t last forever. You were more than a friend, more than family.....you were a rare soul. And losing you has broken me beyond words. 💔"

CANDLES IN THE WIND!

"Tribute to Engineer Chris Nyarotso Mucheni: Today, our family mourns the loss of an extraordinary brother, father, and pillar of our community - Engineer Chris Nyarotso Mucheni. His passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but his legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched. As a brother, Chris was more than just a sibling; he was a mentor, a friend, and a guiding light. His unwavering support and encouragement inspired me to pursue my passion for team building and Management Training and I'll be forever grateful for the opportunities he created for me.He was among the first relatives who believed in what my company was doing and gave me opportunities to facilitate Team Building Retreats for his staff members at his company. As a father, Chris was a rock for his family, providing love, guidance, and stability. His devotion to his loved ones was inspiring, and his family will deeply miss his presence. As an engineer, Chris was a master of his craft, with a wealth of experience and expertise that earned him the respect of his peers. But beyond his professional accomplishments, Chris was a man of the people - always willing to lend a helping hand, offer words of encouragement, and support those in need. One of Chris's greatest gifts was his ability to empower others. He believed in the potential of those around him, and his support opened doors for many, including mine. His referrals and endorsements helped Our company Premier Inspirations Management Limited grow, and I'll always cherish the memories of working with his staff members. As we say goodbye to our Brother, we take comfort in the knowledge that his legacy will live on. May his memory inspire us to continue his work, to uplift and support one another, and to make a positive impact in our communities. Rest in peace, Bro Chris. Your impact will never be forgotten." REST IN ETERNAL PEACE BRO. Yours Truly Vincent The Trainer-VTT"

Rest in Peace Chris

"When you joined us at Laiboni Close, I was happy because I could see leadership qualities in you. I knew we had a future Chairman of Laiboni Close Residents Association. Chris, you were fun and full of life. Your hearty laughter was as natural as it can be. You were also very forthright with everyone saying as it is. Most importantly, you were a great Family Man and a professional. Your loss is felt not only by your immediate Family but also neighbours. We share in Ruth's and the Children's pain. But we know, our God in heaven will fill the gap. Rest easy Chris. Till we meet again."

Rest Well

"Losing you feels unreal, my dear friend. You were a rare soul—kind, genuine, and full of life. You stood by me through good times and hard times, and for that I will always be grateful. I will cherish the laughter we shared, the memories we made, and the bond that nothing can erase. Though you are gone from this world, you will never be gone from my heart. Rest in peace, my friend. Until we meet again"

A general fades away

"Today, we remember and celebrate the beautiful soul that was Eng. Chris. To me, he was more than just a friend — he was a brother, warm, lively, and full of life in every sense of the word. Chris had a way of lighting up any room he walked into. His hearty laugh was contagious, and even in the hardest of times, it had the power to lift spirits and bring comfort. Many of us will always remember how he fondly called one of us “Egonga” — a small reminder of his playful nature and the joy he carried in his heart. He was a man of remarkable strength, never shying away from any task no matter how demanding. His intellectual capacity was beyond measure, and he approached life’s challenges with wisdom, dedication, and determination. Chris leaves us with memories that will forever warm our hearts the laughter, the kindness, the brilliance, and the unwavering energy he carried with him. Though words may fall short, the impact he had on our lives will live on. Rest well, my friend. You were truly a gift to us all, and your spirit will continue to inspire us every day."

Rest easy my brother Engineer Chris

"Engineer Christopher, It still sounds like a joke but I know we have to accept the will of God. The trips from Mumias to Kitale for High School to our humble beginnings in Nkoroi. The sad news came on our way to what I thought we were coming to rescue you - we even thought of ambulance options when we get there. Sadly, you were gone! You were always ready to genuinely help from being our best couple at the AG to active members in our wedding committee. We will miss you in our family meetings. I was at peace on all engineering matters even when out of the country. You hosted us generously, food and drinks flowed without reservations. Everyone felt at home. It’s difficult to understand the timing for your demise when we had just signed a great employment contract abroad which you eased through the interviews and there was no doubt you were the right person in the minds of panel. This has pained me! You had great plans for your family which we had discussed not long ago. You are one person that always picked my calls even when you were in the middle of an important task. Thank you for this. We shall stand with your family to the end and try and ease the pain in the years ahead. We pray that God shall grant us the strength and capacity to overcome this. Let me stop here for now as I turn on airplane mode for air travel purposes. Gone too soon my brother. May your soul rest in peace till we meet again. You remain in our lives forever."

You unleash your best yet worst surprise to all whom you could never surprise as you exit. A surprise you decide to let us figure out as you, for the first time, remain silent yet eternal silence.A COAT OF MANY COLOURS YOU WERE!!!"
